Favorite Scriptures:
- O Sing, O childless woman, you who have never given birth! Break into loud and joyful song, O Jerusalem, you who have never been in labor. For the desolate woman now has more children than the woman who lives with her husband, says the Lord. Isaiah 54:1
- Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the Lord! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation. Habakkuk 3:17, 18
Favorite Bible Person:
- Favorite Bible person for a New season of my life… Hannah 1 Samuel 1:1-28, 2:1-10Hannah was faced with many challenges in her day, and today we see some of the same challenges with women from all walks of life. God Himself created each one of us and God Himself has a great purpose for our life to fulfill. Hannah’s life and story reminds us how to be discerning today as modern women, wives, mothers, daughters and grandmothers. Hannah literally poured her heart out to the Lord and He heard her cry. The Lord God honored her request and she bore a son. She was a woman with great passion as can be seen in these passages. Her life exemplifies that of a woman with great strength and devotion as a mother. She praised her God no matter what!
About Me:
Just knowing the Lord as my Savior has become first and foremost in my daily walk. I am blessed beyond measure just with His endless mercy and tender grace. To share His love with others is of the utmost.

Thank you, Maryann for sharing this blog URL with me. Also, I thank you for our hug and conversation the other day. I’m happy to hear baby girl still has her butterfly under glass. This warms my heart. I will stop by again soon. You take care and stay strong. Much love, Melonie
